Hi All,
Is there a way to disable the Ask for Slot's question mark?
See below:
It is annoying to have it as the question already contain's it.
Thanks, Oktay

Can you provide the screenshot of your "Ask for Slot" config from the flow?

There is nothing specific to config. It is very simple. Attached below:

Could you move the "Do you need assistance with a purchase?" question in the corresponding Question field within Ask for Slot?

Hi Angelo,
Well, I was asking the "Do you need assistance with a purchase?" question on the flow with a simple SEND RESPONSE tool step and then calling the boot. Then I saw that leaving the Question field empty on Bot Flow's Ask for Slot results in sending a question mark to customer.
My conclusion was that Ask For Slot tool step in bot flows adds a "?" to web messenger if the Question field is empty and I was wondering if there is a way to disable it. There is a logic on why we are sending/asking the question on flow and then calling a bot. I guess there is no way of removing it and we will have to change the design and start asking questions in Ask For Slot tool steps.
Thanks, Oktay

@Oktay_Kemal let us double-check with team on that "?" symbol in isolation. Would be helpful to confirm if you're using Digital Bot or Bot Flows, and what use-case you are solving for, to keep the question outside the Ask for Slot action?

Thanks.
It is a Digital Bot. As for the case well you know that the Genesys Bots do not support multi-language while the flows do. So we built a general bot that we call for each language input in several places. We ask the questions based on language on the flow and then we call a digital bot flow for collecting the answers. We had to keep the logic outside of the flow due to language limitations.
Thanks, Oktay
