My client has a specific requirement: they do not want their advisors to have access to the Drop option within the Shift Trade dropdown menu. After thorough exploration, I've concluded that there doesn't appear to be a permission setting that can hide or disable the visibility of the Drop option in the dropdown.

That said, I do have a question-while we may not be able to remove the Drop option visually, is there any way to disable or block the functionality behind it? Essentially, the client's main concern is to prevent advisors from using the Drop and Pick features . If I can retain the option's visibility but ensure the functionality is disabled or restricted, I believe this would be an acceptable solution for the client.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am not aware of anyway to limit the agent's ability to select the Drop option. I would recommend submitting this as an Idea in the Product Ideas Lab.
