    Hello Vaibhav,

    Based on this article from the Resource Center, you may want to remove the following permission:

    • Workforce Management > Agent Shift Trade Request > Participate

    According to the Products, roles, and permissions list, this permission has the following description:

    Allows an agent to create, view, edit, match, and cancel shift trades
