Hello,
We have created an interaction widget for web messaging
This appears when an advisor picks up the conversation in the Genesys Agent workspace

But when the advisor opens the conversation in a popup window by clicking a button in the Salesforce softphone, only the Scripts, Canned Responses and Wrap-up Codes tools are available
Can anyone advise how the available tools in the pop up are configured, please?
