  • 1.  How to export list of all user's & their departments?

    Hi everyone,

    I would like to export all of the users within our Genesys Cloud org, along with their department.

    Has anyone got any suggestions of the most efficent way to do this?

    I was able to build a Agent view that shows all employees using these columns and export to csv.

    Agent, Division, Group, Location, Reports to, Division. 

    I also added some columns on volume to see how non call center employees use the system.

    Hi Daniel

    If all you're looking for is the agent names and their departments as listed in their user profiles the Performance - Agents view in the Genesys UI has a Department field that can be selected. You can export this view in .csv or .pdf format.

    hi Daniel, that only makes sense if you have relatively small deployment otherwise...
    "Too many rows in table. Filter to 2500 or fewer rows."

    Hi All,

    Thanks for your feedback everyone.

    I used the performance > agent view and filtered by department. As we had less than 2500 user's, the export worked.
