Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi,

We want to export the list of all interactions on Purecloud for a period of time (for example: for 1 week or a mounth...etc)

We can see them on Performance>Interactions, but we can not export this list as csv file or other format

I checked also on the report menu, but I didn't find what we are looking for

Please, any idea of how to do it ?

Currently the only way to do something like that is through the API (and to get in-depth assistance with using the API it is best to post in the forum at developer.mypurecloud.com).

The ability to export to CSV from Performance>Interactions is being worked on, but we do not yet have a time frame for when it will be available.

Interactions export is now available! You should now find the download button in your Interactions, Agent Interactions, and Queue Interactions views if you have Analytics > Data Export > All permissions.
