You need API Genesys.
The return has a field "mediaUri". This is a URL hosted in AWS for you to access prompt file: Genesys Cloud Developer Center.
You can use API: https://developer.dev-genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-architect-prompts to extract All prompts information of your environment and execute get-api-v2-architect-prompts--promptId--resources--languageCode.
