Will you be able to share some snippet of doing this with an end result?

At the begining of message conversation I need to collect all the customer related information in one form:

Something like below:

Full Name

Login ID

Customer ID

Store ID

Date of Birth

Date of Purchase

Phone number

Note: I have done this using slots, but that is like one after another.

Also, I have used markup in script, but on the digital bot, It's not allowing, or I am doing something wrong.

I've used markup in digital bot so it should work.

If you want Slot.Full_Name in bold you would put something like

"Hello *" + Slot.Full_Name + "*"
