  • 1.  How to get a conversationId for the webmessenger conversation once its initiated

    Hello Everyone,

    We are in the process of implementing/testing web-messenger as a new feature-offer. We are using the Genesys native out-of-the-box implementation. Things work fine, connecting, authentication, messaging etc., all good, but with this implementation, we are not able to figure out how we can get any sort of Id that connects the web-session/customer-session with the Genesys conversationId. All the out-of-the-box components do not seem to be able to provide this information. 
    At this time we do not want to build any backend processing that can retrieve this, we just are looking for a if the widget itself is able to provide this linkage.
