    Hello

    I need to get Agent Activity Summary report data but through Genesys Cloud APIs. Can I do that?

    1. Submit a Job
    2. Check the Status
    3. Parse the Results

    Most of the report related APIs are a red herring because you can't actually download reports you can only tell them to run.
