Just want to ask is there any purecloud API can get the Real Time "On hold" status? As I know, the API can get the Agent status like "On Queue", "Off Queue", "Interacting". But how can I get the On Hold Status from PureCloud API?

To get real time notifications about the on hold state of conversations, use the notification service. You can subscribe to conversation events per user or queue.
