I am using this API https://apps.mypurecloud.ie/platform/api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/conversationId{} and it returns sentimentScore and sentimentTrend but doesn't return the topic. I have configured and published topics and a program but can't get it to work. I cannot find in the documentation which API to use to retrieve the Topic information. I was expecting it along with the 2 sentiment analysis metrics but it is not. I'd be interested in knowing if anyone is using topic spotting successfully and what API gets back the recognized topic Thanks

I got it to work in the end. The topic strictness was set a bit too high.
