Thanks Robert for the information. I would definitely go and submit this idea to see what they come back with for getting the user/agent creation details.
One more thing, how can we get the audit logs ? I am asking this just because I have limited access as of now. I am supervisor level access and not master admin level.

The audit log does show when members are assigned to queues:
I don't see any API or Metric that shows when a user was created, but that should be in the data lake some place. Perhaps submit idea to AHA and see what PM's say.
