    So far I am using the following formula to get the aggregated data [Occupancy] in Agent Status. Formula: (tSystemPresence.ONQUEUE - tAgentRoutingStatus.IDLE)/tSystemPresence.ONQUEUE But there's some data discrepancy. Please guide me and correct formula if there's any misunderstanding.
