    Hi,

    This is the first time i am using Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows .

    Using Architect for most of the IVR call flow & now have a use case to ask card number.

    In the Dialog BOT,  i am using "ask for slot"  with slottype "regular expression" & it is working fine when i just say card number.

    But  how i can handle "hold on" or "wait" while asking for a slot( card number).

    Hello Rakesh,

    I was looking internally and I believe that it's not available for bot flows and digital bot flows at the moment.

    I was looking in the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab and I did see that someone has submitted an Idea that seems to match up with what you're looking for. It is currently marked as Future Consideration so I would recommend that you click the VOTE button on the page for that idea. It should notify you via email as this Idea progresses through development.
