Hi,
This is the first time i am using Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows .
Using Architect for most of the IVR call flow & now have a use case to ask card number.
In the Dialog BOT, i am using "ask for slot" with slottype "regular expression" & it is working fine when i just say card number.
But how i can handle "hold on" or "wait" while asking for a slot( card number).
