Hello guys,
I need to understand how to build the information in the "Starting Work Plan" and "Next Week Work Plan" fields on the Work Plan Rotations screen, because through the specific APIs that we are using, we cannot identify this field. We imagine that these fields must be generated from some convention.
Please your support on this topic.
Thank you!

Hi, thanks for reaching out.
Per the documentation on this route: GET /api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{managementUnitId}/workplanrotations/{workPlanRotationId}
Work plan rotations contain a field called "pattern" which contains an ordered list of workplans. So the "next week work plan" will be the next work plan in the list.
I hope this helps!

"Next Week Work Plan"
Hi @brian.trezise
Thank you for your help.
We were not able to identify "Next Week Work Plan" column, do you know any way to calculate or find this information? Do you have any example?
Thank you!

Apologies, I appear to have misunderstood your question. I'm working on getting you a more detailed response. Someone should respond with more information within ~24 hours.

Hi @AndersonOliveira ,
Starting Work Plan:
Starting work plan is given at the time of adding agents to the rotation.
Next Week Work Plan:
Displays the possible next week's work plan,
considering
- Agent start & end date
- WPR end date
- Work plan pattern
- Agent starting work plan
Let's consider,
WPR start date: May 1, 2022
Current Week: May 8, 2022
WP pattern: WP1, WP2, WP3, WP4
BU start day: Monday
Next week's work plan could be empty.
When,
- Agent’s End Date is before next week
- WPR end date is before next week
- Agent’s Start Date is after next week
I hope this would help !!
