Hi,
Any workaround on how to identify the names on the monitoring dashboard on which sites the agents are. We are having challenges in flagging agents efficiently as we need to search the names on our internal masterlist before sending a callout. Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure what dashboard you're referring to, but PureCloud product questions should be asked on the PureCloud Community Forum or via a ticket with PureCloud Care. The dev forum is for discussions about API usage and customizations.
