I'm looking to increase user session timeouts within PureCloud. I currently have the users set to login locally (may switch to Okta later), but I'd like to be able to set their login session duration.

I am just intrigued by your question... Are you implying that there is a kind of user session timeouts within PureCloud, and therefore why you would like to increase it?
Could you please provide a bit more details and context?

Also, out of interest, did you achieve any solution on this?
