Hi Robert, thank you for your answer
Can you just confirm this point please :
« they need 443 (https) to the region you are in » è Can you confirm that "the region" means any AWS IP addresses (for the region, in our case eu-west-1) listed in the JSON file provided in Genesys Documentation (https://ip-ranges.amazonaws.com/ip-ranges.json )?
BR

As for ports for the users, they need 443 (https) to the region you are in. As for WebRTC, you need several IP's for Genesys Cloud and the CIDR block for the media resources.
These resources are for the broader set: Ports and services for Genesys Cloud clients - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
These are the ones for WebRTC: Ports and services for WebRTC - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

Subject: How to limit the number of allowed AWS IP adresses ?
We sent to our customer (based in France) a list of IP adresses to be opened , based on the informations we found there : ip-ranges.amazonaws.com/ip-ranges.json , wich we restricted to "eu-west-1", "eu-west-2", "eu-west-3"
Our customer can't accept so many adresses to allow. Is it possible to limit the list ?
Is it enough to limit to the domains : *.euw1.pure.cloud and *.mypurecloud.ie
Or is there any other solution ?
Thanks for your help
