Hi everyone,
I'm trying to link each call listed in the Cloud Voice Report (CSV) to its corresponding interaction in Genesys Cloud.
The objective is to associate the cost of each outbound call with the correct interaction ID, so we can allocate telephony charges to the appropriate production teams.
Has anyone successfully established a reliable mapping?
