I think you would need to match the dialed number from the Cloud Voice report to Conversation details. Hopefully someone else in the community can help if there is a better way of doing this.

I'm trying to link each call listed in the Cloud Voice Report (CSV) to its corresponding interaction in Genesys Cloud.
The objective is to associate the cost of each outbound call with the correct interaction ID, so we can allocate telephony charges to the appropriate production teams.
Has anyone successfully established a reliable mapping?
