  • 1.  How to order participant data

    Hey all, 

    Trying to see if there is an easy way to clean up what order our participant data is ordered when looking at the interaction details. Currently, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to where the data is written. It even appears to be in different orders between interactions, even when those interactions followed the same flows. Any advice on how I could possibly help clean up this area and make it more user friendly?

    Hi Tyler,
    There's no way to delete participant data - you can only clear its value. The best alternative is to set it to empty, but deleting it isn't possible.

    Hi Tyler, I guess is not possible to order the participant data in Interaction's Detail view. In the past I perform some tests and coulnd't even find some pattern the list is using, is seems randomly put in. But if you need to order in your way, you can get the attributes from APIs.

    Hi Tyler, there is a browser add on/extension (developed independently by one of the Genesys team) that can sort customer participant data on that screen.  I've found this very useful in the past:
