The best path you can take would be opening a ticket with customer care Architect and Routing Team to have this limit raised, as it is a configurable limit as seen here. The specific limit is called the "domain.version.intents.max". You will have to provide a use case (example of you hitting the limit) and valid business justification so Care can pass this up the proper chain.

We have started to use bots for one of our business area a few months ago. It was mainly a pilot of 20 different intents and now we have a desire to increase the intents but we have hit the max 50 limit. Any ideas how we can manage the additional intents and still be able to server our customers through the same process ?
