  • 1.  How to pass collection variable from inbound flow to common module

    Hello everybody.

    I want to find out the total number of interacting agents belonging to each queue, before transferring a call in the inbound flow to the queue.

    And I want to do the process of calculating the total number of agents in a common module. 

    (Because of the large number of target queues, I would like to do complex things in a common module and keep the inbound flow simple.)

    So, I'm looking for a way to pass a collection variable of queues id from an inbound flow to a common module.

    Any ideas?

    Add an input variable to the common module of type string collection.
