  • 1.  How to post the data to a custom fields in task/activity object using Genesys Cloud for Salesforce

    Hi,

    I am using the set participant in architect to pass the From Email address to salesforce task object on custom field.
    Below screenshot shows the custom fields created in Activity object.

    In the architect email flow, i am passing the set participant as show below, please let us know if am wrong in passing the expression on set participant value

    In the Salesforce i am mapping the activity as shown below



    Please let me know if anything is missing because From email and To Email address what i am getting from the built in variable in architect is not posting into the Activity object.
    Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Hello Bharath,

    You don't require "Participant." in your attribute name. Genesys Cloud adds Participant. to custom data so yours would currently be Participant.Participant.Email_To_Address_c
