Hi,

When we try to buy new SMS numbers some countries need an address.
For those cases, after filling the address fields and after when we press Buy Now, a warning pop-ups saying: "There was an error saving address"

This warning is basically unhelpful, as do not tells you where is the problem.

Still in the same topic, it would be very helpful if all the countries regions two letters are available in some PureCloud's knowledge page, as we have no idea which can be the 2 letters for different regions around the world, as there are several websites with different information for the same region.

Can you provide the country/region you are having trouble finding information about please? For US address for example, this would be the 2 letter US state which would go in this `region` field.

Yes, at the moment we have problems with France, more particularly with Paris region.
Don't you think it would be a good idea to have all the potential regions in just one site?

There is currently no Update path for those Addresses. If your address changes in the future. You would have the option of entering a new address when purchasing additional phone number(s) as needed though.

The address would still be tied to any previous number(s) you provisioned with it. If those number(s) are released, they would no longer be tied to that address.
