    How to Rename Skill (ACD Skills and Languages) Genesys Cloud UI for admins?

    Currently To "rename" a skill, administrators must follow the workflow of deleting the old skill and creating a new one with the desired name, but this is impacting object id change and also re-skill all the agents into skill and updating all relevant configurations (Agent Profiles, Routing Rules, Architect Flows, Queue Settings) to use the new skill name from Genesys perspective and someone from community might add more to this.

    Hello Raja,

    You are not able to rename skills/languages as they are classed as immutable.

    There is an Idea in the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab:  Ability to rename skills that you could vote on and add your use case so that it can be taken into consideration for future development
