How to Rename Skill (ACD Skills and Languages) Genesys Cloud UI for admins?
Currently To "rename" a skill, administrators must follow the workflow of deleting the old skill and creating a new one with the desired name, but this is impacting object id change and also re-skill all the agents into skill and updating all relevant configurations (Agent Profiles, Routing Rules, Architect Flows, Queue Settings) to use the new skill name from Genesys perspective and someone from community might add more to this.
