    Hi Pankaj, 

    The documentation states that when you delete a user, their roles/permissions are removed, but other information is not.
     
    When you restore them, you need to reassign them.
     
    Also, if the user is in a custom division (not HOME), they are moved to HOME as soon as they are deleted.
