Hi, All!
I am trying to retrieve telephony metrics using Purecloud Platform API. I understand that the metric definitions are located at https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/metric-definitions/ and that they should be retrieved using the analytics API, which is defined at https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/analytics/index.html, however I have no idea on which method to use and how to get the metric values.
Even so, I've tried some calls, but I am getting a "Bad request" response for all of them.
Can anyone help me, please?

Take a look at the articles on the right hand side of the analytics documentation you linked. The Analytics Overview would be a good place to start. There are additional articles on the different types of queries and how to build filters for your requests. There are example queries on several of the pages that you can copy/paste and just update the timestamps and IDs for your org. That should help get you started at least making a valid request. Once you've determined the type of query you would like to use, reply back if you have questions about it.
