Hi Team,
We are using Web chat and we are trying to inject chat into different chat pages having different queues for each page but using the same architect flow. Could you please suggest how we can achieve this where we can route to different queues using same architect flow?

Hi @R_Pooja Do you mean conditional routing? I think you can achieve that in the flow expressions and the "Transfer to ACD" action
