Hello, I'm setting an Outbound solution for a client, so I create rules in order to tell the campaign if to recall the contact or to set the Number\Contact as Ucallable etc.
But when i get this Outbound System Wrap-up Code "ININ-OUTBOUND-FAX", I can't find it the drop-down list in the disposition field in the Rule Set configuration, so,
The Rule set can't identify if a call got to Fax, and because of this, if the Campaign is recycled this number will be dialed again and I can't find a way
To set this number as uncallable.
Does anyone have Idea how to handle this?
