Two options here. First is to set up a different trunk to your carrier and have them mark all calls out that trunk as anonymous. The other option is just an idea, but may work is to use trunk calling ID with a regular expression that includes *67 in. Here is a link to the regex stuff:Transform outbound addresses with regular expressions - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).
If you give it a try, let me know what you find works.

Subject: How to set PureCloud Voice - AWS to anonymous outbound caller id
Hi,
We are using an external PureCloud Voice - AWS trunk as back up trunk to the regular ones.
Now we are connecting a Belgian office to use this trunk as well.
How can we set this trunk in calling outbound anonymous?
Currently it shows the (fake) number as entered now, but this is not really desired.
Tried to find the settings as they appear but could not find this on help Genesys.
Thanks.
Rolph
