    We are using the third party object routing SDK to route emails to the agents. The agent can use our own application to handle the interaction, and can push a button in that application to commit his actions in our application. When he commits his actions, I would like that the afterwork time or wrapup time in Genesys front-end is started, so that he can add some notes or select afterwork codes and then close the whole conversation.

    How can I trigger to start the afterworktime for the agent using the platform API?

    You'll have to mimic the behavior of the Genesys Cloud application; you can look in the browser's network console to see exactly what requests are being made when you perform any given action. I believe you'll just need to disconnect the agent participant.
