  • 1.  How to stop default outbound contact update alert?

    We have an outbound script which calls 'Outbound.Update Contact' on every page load to make sure agent actions on previous page are recorded in the contact list prior to current page actions OR agent does not have a need to manually save survey results for this particular customer.

    But this shows a notification as below at every page

    We have 13+ pages and during one call, these 13+ alerts appear. Though they vanish after some time but customer wants it to be stopped. 

    Any idea how can we stop them?

    Greetings Sajid,

    Thank you for your post and I appreciate the level of detail including the screenshot that you have provided.  We will be adjusting code in the coming weeks to disable these automatic "toast pops" for actions.  Once they are disabled, these messages should disappear.  For actions in which you would like to notify the agent, you will be able to build a custom action for that purpose.
