  • 1.  How to trim call (voice & screen) recording?

    Hi All, 

    We've noticed our call recording record from the very start of the call from the IVR greeting to the end.  We would like to record only once the contact person/customer has been notified about recording the conversation.

    Enable Consent Required on your trunks, then use the Enable Participant Recording action in your flows
