  • 1.  How to verify the outbound Email was delivered ?

    Hi,

    is there any way on Purecloud to verify and confirm that the outbound Email is correctly sent and delivered to the destination ?

    Some customers are not receiving emails from Purecloud, and we want to confirm that no issue in our side

    Contact support.  They'll need details to find the emails, interaction ids would be best if you can find them.

    Thank you for your reply, if we check on the Performance>Interactions, we can see outbound Email
    but it didn't confirm that the email was correctly delivered

    If you click to look at a particular interaction, the interaction id is in url. 
    For example: https://apps.mypurecloud.com/directory/#/engage/admin/interactions/d2d112a8-9283-4026-b237-3aec43d3120a
    d2d112a8-9283-4026-b237-3aec43d3120a is the interaction id
