Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hi all,

I am just starting my journey into integrating our HRIS with Genesys.  Was wondering if anyone has been successful using the blueprinted solution with Dayforce?  If so do you have any learnings or pain points to share? 

Also, I have a related need to update the agent's current manager and starting state from this system as well.  Could the 'Get Agents' workflow be expanded to include this additional update in the synchronized run?  Or is this something that should be completely net new?
