  • 1.  HRIS - Get Agents - Can I change the time this executes?

    Currently, when I activate the Sync User Account IDs automatically (24 hrs) Integration, it surrently executes at 5:55 pm. I want it to execute at 6am (NOT pm).

    With this executing at 6 pm, the agent data is already 12 hours old, it would be better to execute in the morning after the nightly systems have executed.

    HAs anyone been able to do this? Is this possible?

    Hi Brent,

    Unfortunately we cannot change or set the time we trigger agent sync process. The time of scheduling is based on when the first HRIS system was activated for the organization and there is some randomization built around it. From that point on, it triggers every 24 hours to look for updates. This is purposefully done to distribute the load on agent sync process.
