If anyone has done this I would be interested in getting some guidance as we plan to implement this type of solution for our WFM integration.

For now I am testing how the HRIS integration works.  I have downloaded the Bamboo example provided and imported the workflows.  I've updated them to do base minimum and return hard-coded outputs.

I am currently getting the following error:

        An error occurred loading HRIS affiliations for this agent. Balance and sync status will not be available.

I have reviewed documentation but it does not provide enough information to 1. accurately set up values, 2. troubleshoot where the issue is, 3. understand what a success looks like.

What would be helpful too would be to know. Which workflow is triggered and when. Where is there a log file to see status of each. And what fields and types/examples are required for each workflow. For example if date is a required field what format should it be in?

Appreciate if anyone has information they can share on how to troubleshoot and get this working.
