    Hi Team,

    We are sending sms to customer with a hyperlink "https://..." using Agentless SMS API from architect.
    However few customers are getting the link as http instead https to his/her mobile.
    We verified the SMS interaction it shows as https.

    Any idea on the issue and resolution for this.

    Hi Maragatham

    Do you know if the carrier side is doing some phising inspection changing links or so? Maybe the carrier used to deliver this SMS is doing or in end customer side the phone 

    Have you identified if the customers facing the issue are using same carrier or so?
