    Hi All,

    I'm new here so please forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong section. Has anyone had experience with integrating with Hyro for their AI chatbot? I was hoping someone could share their experiences and how they are utilizing the product.

    You will want to look into building a Bot Connector for Hyro.  I don't think Genesys would develop anything native and I doubt their API could be used effectively in a Genesys Bot.  Check out this resource:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-genesys-bot-connector/
