    🎼 I became a Maestro… now what?

    Reaching Maestro in the Genesys Orchestrators program feels exactly like finishing a really good series.

    You spend months following the story, unlocking episodes, completing activities, collecting badges, studying, contributing, checking your progress…

    And then suddenly: final episode.

    Credits roll.

    Silence.

    You look at the screen and think:

    "Okay… what am I supposed to do with my life now?" 😂

    Of course, I'm really proud of this achievement. It represents a lot of learning, community participation, certifications, projects, and great exchanges with the Genesys community.

    But now I have a very serious question:

    After Maestro… do I start a spin-off?
    Wait for season 2?
    Or just rewatch the whole journey and pretend I didn't finish it? 😅

    Jokes aside, this milestone only makes me more excited to keep learning, sharing, helping, and contributing to the community.

    So, for everyone here who has reached a big goal before:

    What did you do after the "final episode"?

    Hi Mateus,

    Congratulations on reaching Maestro! 🎉

    I am still working my way there, but I imagine the journey doesn't really end at Maestro. The platform keeps evolving, new AI capabilities are released, new use cases emerge, and there is always something new to learn.

    If anything, it feels less like the final episode and more like unlocking a new game mode. 😄

    And I completely agree with you. Reaching Maestro doesn't feel like the end of the journey, but more like unlocking a new level.

    Genesys Cloud keeps evolving so fast, especially with AI, automation, and new CX use cases, that there is always something new to explore, test, and share with the community.

    So yes… Maestro unlocked. Now it's time for the next game mode.

    Maybe the next achievement to chase is Community Rockstar. 🤘

    Hi Mateus,
    Congratulations on reaching the Maestro level!
     
    Yesterday must have been a really great day for some people, since a new activity was added (the other levels already had one-I honestly didn't think the last one would). With it, we were finally able to complete the Maestro track.
     
    I see it like a game: you finish "story mode," and now the real adventure begins.

    Congratulations on reaching Maestro! It is a great achievement.

    I felt something very similar when I reached Maestro in early May. It reminded me of when I completed all my Genesys certifications: a great feeling, but also that "okay… what's next?" moment 😂

    For me, the next step is not just chasing another milestone. It is using what I learned to help other people with Genesys, whether they are working toward Maestro, studying for certifications, building solutions, or dealing with real challenges in the community or inside their companies.
