    I want to change the layout of the Genesys Cloud WebRTC app, such as making it smaller, but I don't know how.

    Do I need to create it using the Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework to change the layout?

    Hi Koji

    From my understanding it's not possible to make these type of changes in the Genesys cloud app.  I would recommend looking into the Embeddable Framework option - https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/genesys-cloud-embeddable-framework-deployment-options/.
