    I want to create an Outbound Call Flow to use with the Agentless campaign.
     
    Is there any way to create an IVR that reads  spech to text the customer name and amount in the contract list?

    Hi, 

    Yes, you can.

    When you creates a new outbound flow, you must to select the contactlist associated with.
    Then in the flow, you can access to the whole information on the contact list.

    Try to add data on "Play Audio" box and then you can use the outbound.XXXXX information of the cl.
