    Hi All,
    I want to know if it is possible to play a music while customer is entering the DTMF number . This is because we do not want customers to feel call is disconnected during interdigit gap. Please suggest.

    Today we don't have available in the "collect input" block this option.

    Out of curiosity, what is the Inter-Digit timeout in your current Collect Input?

    Currenlty the timeout value is set to 3 seconds. During that 3 seconds , we do not want the customers to feel like the call has been disconnected till they finish enteting the digits.

    Anush, would you be able to tell the caller there is a momentary silence so their entry is easily heard? If you play that as part of the instructions, that could help.
