Our service has been developed to display an interaction page to the operator during a call to monitor the call. A link to the Interaction page is created using the interaction ID of the call in progress, and the Interaction page is displayed in a tab using that link. For example: interaction ID: aaaabbbb-cccc-dddd-eeee-xxxxxxxxxxxx →Link: https://apps.mypurecloud.jp/directory/#/engage/admin/interactions/aaaabbbb-cccc-dddd-eeee-xxxxxxxxxxxx (The above link is a URL created using the interaction ID. Please check the link destination URL by using an operation such as hovering the cursor without clicking the link.)
Currently, I am using the link on the Interaction page to display a new screen in a separate tab. So multiple Genesys Cloud screens will be displayed, which does not match the usage method recommended by Genesys Cloud.
I want the interaction page to be displayed towards Genesys Cloud, which is already running. I have two questions about the above.
- Is there a way to actually do it?
- If 1. is "YES", please tell me the specific method to achieve it.
