  • 1.  I want to update some items in the contact list form.

    No replies, thread closed. 
    By using the script's contact list form, you will be able to update the contact list during a call, but I think all items will be updated.
Is the only way to update some items the only way to do so is to use the API?
Please let me know if there is a way.

    Was self resolved.
    I found out that all I have to do is enter a value for the Outbound.column name and update the contact list.
