ICBM does not show any reports or calls

    Hello

    Since I can't get a hold of support I thought I would try this.

    I have set someone up as a supervisor and made sure they have all the licenses and placed in a Supervisor group in InterAction Administrator. TSRA is also setup.  I made sure all his setting match another supervisor.

    However, when this user logs into ICBM, the do not see any Module for Reports, Recorder, or anything.  Can someone help me get this user the modules he needs to do his job.  ICBM does show under Module Management that he does have Acquired licenses he needs.

    Please help!
