I've submitted a new Idea requesting the ability to filter the WFM Schedule View using Custom Attributes (Custom Fields).
Many organizations use Custom Attributes to identify information such as clients, vendors, sites, campaigns, cost centers, languages, or business segments. Having this filtering capability would make schedule management much easier, especially in large and multi-client environments, without requiring additional Teams or Management Units just for organizational purposes.
