    Hi folks,

    My colleague and I opened a IDEA is order to enable more fine tuning when it comes to Agent Copilot Transfer Summary accross Divisions.
    Our current customer deployment requires us to avoid sharing Transfer Summary from division A to B but B to A should be enable.

    I don't know if any of you or your customers are facing this type of scenario and would be interested by such feature then give us a vote. Else, we are always interested by good practice or workaround.
